The Challenge :

We\'re seeking a talented Video Content Specialist to join our Madrid team and become the visual storyteller behind our AI revolution. This role is 90% pure creative video magic and 10% strategic digital support. You\'ll transform complex products into compelling visual stories that captivate enterprise audiences.

Your Responsibilities

Video Content Creation (90%)

• High-Impact Visual Narratives: Design and produce video content that transforms complex products into compelling visual stories
• Motion Graphics Excellence: Create animations that make compliance documents feel like entertainment
• AI-Enhanced Production: Edit and enhance AI-generated video outputs to achieve premium, professional quality
• Scalable Visual Systems: Develop video templates that scale across enterprise clients
• Boardroom-to-Binge Transformation: Master the art of turning presentations into binge-worthy content
• Multi-Platform Optimization: Optimize video assets for multiple platforms and use cases
• Creative AI Collaboration: Push creative boundaries with AI tools while maintaining brand excellence

Digital Communications Support (10%)

Your Profile

Technical Skills :

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop mastery
• Motion Graphics Expertise: Experience with animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
• Professional Post-Production: Video color grading and audio editing proficiency
• Platform Optimization: Video compression and optimization for various platforms
• AI Tool Familiarity: Experience with Runway, Midjourney, or similar AI content creation tools
• Social Media Mastery: Understanding of platform specifications and best practices
• Figma Proficiency: Ability to collaborate on design systems, create storyboards, and extract assets for video production
• Basic Coding Skills: Understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript to create dynamic web elements and interactive video components
• o Ability to write simple scripts (After Effects Expressions, basic Python / JavaScript) for automation and enhanced animations
• o Knowledge to optimize video integration in web environments and troubleshoot technical implementations

Professional Experience :

• 2-3+ years video editing and content creation experience
• B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven track record in business software environments preferred
