What You'll Craft

• Video Content Creation (90%): High-impact visual narratives, motion graphics, AI-enhanced production, scalable video templates, and boardroom-to-binge transformations. Optimize assets for multiple platforms and use cases.
• Digital Communications Support (10%): Strategic LinkedIn content for sales moments and product launches, time-sensitive social assets, and executive visual support for client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce video content that transforms complex products into compelling visual stories for enterprise audiences.
• Create animations and motion graphics to present complex information accessibly and engagingly.
• Edit and enhance AI-generated video outputs to achieve premium, professional quality.
• Develop video templates and scalable visual systems for enterprise clients.
• Turn presentations into binge-worthy content and optimize assets for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate on video production using AI tools while maintaining brand excellence.
• Provide executive visual support and rapid-turnaround assets for sales opportunities and product launches.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Skills: Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop); motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender a plus); color grading and audio editing; video compression and platform optimization; familiarity with Runway, Midjourney or similar AI content tools; social media platform specifications; Figma for storyboards and asset extraction; basic coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for dynamic web elements; ability to write simple scripting for After Effects and automation.
• Professional Experience: 2-3 years video editing and content creation in B2B SaaS environments; portfolio demonstrating corporate, educational, and promotional work; enterprise experience a plus.
