We are seeking a Content Strategy Manager to support our business needs and opportunities.

About the role

Siroko TV is a social network focused on sports, helping users, athletes, entrepreneurs, brands, and clubs monetize their audience. Our goal is to build an inspiring, authentic, and participatory sports community with emotionally engaging content.

As Content Strategy Manager, you will lead Siroko TV's content strategy, working closely with management to define and implement the content roadmap, coordinate a team by sport, and establish relationships with creators, clubs, and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the content strategy in coordination with management.
  • Coordinate a team with expertise in content and sports.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, balancing content types and UGC.
  • Activate partnership opportunities with creators, brands, clubs, and media.
  • Encourage community participation and engagement.
  • Ensure community growth, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and UX / UI teams to improve user experience.
  • Report results and insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Passion for sports and understanding of sports communities.
  • Experience leading content teams in digital platforms, media, or startups related to sports or entertainment.
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystems, viral formats, UGC, and audience behavior.
  • Understanding of sports marketing and digital trends.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and data-oriented.
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Native Spanish or C2 level; advanced English (additional languages a plus).
