Descripción del empleo

Our client, a 100% remote digital agency serving US-based clients, is looking to hire experienced Content Strategists in either part-time or full-time roles. New team members can start part-time, maintain their current roles, and transition to full-time when available. A leadership path to a full-time Director of Strategy position is also available.

Qualifications and Skills

We seek strategists with :

  • Expertise in LinkedIn Marketing and B2B marketing communications
  • Background in thought leadership and content strategy
  • Experience working in mid to large-sized marketing agencies (e.g., Ogilvy, McCann)
  • Near-native English proficiency in both written and spoken forms
  • Strong collaboration and feedback skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of content and social media strategies, primarily on LinkedIn (80%), with supplementary activities on Twitter / X, Instagram, and client websites (20%).
  • Manage the social media calendar, craft and schedule content, and brief copywriters and designers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Provide strategic feedback on website optimization, social content, industry trends, and campaigns. Write creative briefs based on client briefs.
  • Host brainstorming sessions, leveraging insights and research to inform content development.
  • Research emerging brands, campaigns, and cultural moments to create compelling content ideas.
  • Shape brand communication strategies to resonate with current and potential customers.
  • Occasionally lead client calls to explain strategic thinking.
  • Write copy for clients on short notice when needed.

This role involves regular interaction with US-based clients and requires excellent English skills. US expatriates are encouraged to apply, given the flexible work arrangements.
