TransPerfect seeks a bright, self-motivated Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our European pre-sales team. This role offers exposure to various language and content technologies in a rapidly evolving industry. As a global leader, we need an experienced Sales or Solutions Engineer to support and drive the growth of our GlobalLink ecosystem, focusing on the DACH region. You will report to the Regional Director of Content Solutions and support our global sales force in a pre-sales capacity.

The ideal candidate must be technically proficient in representing both the technical features and end-user benefits of our GlobalLink Solutions. You should be comfortable engaging with customers and presenting technology, balancing technical specifications with business benefits. A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for new challenges are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design solutions for existing and new customers
• Coordinate post-demo follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
• Support technology awareness within our global sales team
• Collaborate with the Product Development team

About You

As a Solutions Engineer, you are:

Your experience includes:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
• At least 3 years of presales/software sales support experience
• Experience in content management
• Interest and understanding of AI
• Native-level German language skills (highly desirable)
• Enthusiastic, focused, self-motivated, and proactive
• Excellent technical skills and acumen
• Experience demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to clients
• Attention to detail
• Experience in process development
• Background in localization and the translation industry
• Strong knowledge of AI, API, App development, Java, .NET, Web Services, and related technologies
• Experience designing global enterprise solutions
