Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Content Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated text across a wide range of topics, ensuring AI communicates clearly, accurately, and responsibly. This fully remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week with no prior AI experience required.

You will read and assess AI-generated content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and overall quality, providing structured feedback and working independently on a schedule that suits you.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading and writing skills. No prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated text for clarity, accuracy, tone, and overall quality
• Flag content that is misleading, inappropriate, or fails to meet quality standards
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
• Work across a diverse range of topics including news, science, culture, and everyday life
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills in English
• A sharp eye for detail — you notice when something sounds off or doesn't quite add up
• Comfortable evaluating content spanning a wide variety of subjects and styles
• Able to follow structured guidelines consistently and accurately
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or content moderation experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, journalism, or communications
• Experience in research, quality assurance, or content evaluation
• Familiarity with AI tools as an everyday user
