Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Product Review Analyst (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and a natural tone.

No retail or AI background is required beyond familiarity with online shopping and careful judgment. Work 10–40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, independently completing task-based assignments.

Product Review Analyst (AI Training)

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations across a wide range of categories — from electronics and home goods to fashion, beauty, and more
• Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, authenticity, and natural tone
• Identify misleading claims, exaggerated language, fake-sounding phrases, and factual errors
• Flag content that could mislead consumers or fails to meet quality standards
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Familiar with online shopping and product reviews — you know what good (and bad) reviews look like
• Able to assess content quality and authenticity with a critical, discerning eye
• Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluation
• Clear and concise written communicator
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, consumer research, or content evaluation
• Experience with quality assurance, product testing, or brand communications
