The Job

As a content moderator, you will review and filter content on a popular social media platform to ensure a safe user experience. This involves analyzing user reports regarding content violations. Attention to detail, concentration, and maturity are crucial in this role.

Your daily tasks include :

• Understanding and updating yourself with client policies and guidelines
• Identifying and flagging non-compliant content promptly
• Reviewing reported content within set standards and timelines
• Recognizing trends and escalating issues beyond established policies
• Using market-specific insights to improve user community support
• Reviewing sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing material

The Profile

• Native Italian speaker with fluent English (B2 level)
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong affinity for social media platforms
• Good computer skills and ability to handle sensitive content
• Knowledge of current cultural, political, and social events
• Professional and meticulous approach
