Since our public release in September 2023, we have experienced incredible traction growing from 0 to 22M users. As we grow, our goal is to keep enhancing existing key features as well as developing new exciting functionalities (group chat, AI chat & phone calls in local languages, video calls, AI video generation, AR / VR, etc.).

We are an enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking team of 55 people. Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO.

• 10+ years in Tech Executive Leadership
• Co-Founder Mad Paws Holdings (from 0 to IPO)
• 10+ years as CTO / COO (web2 / web3), 1+ year in AI / LLM

Your Role

You’ll play a key role in our Compliance Team, reporting directly to our Ethics and Compliance Officer. You'll help ensure our platform remains safe, compliant, and respectful for all users. This is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

• Content Moderation & Compliance
• Review and approve or reject user-uploaded content based on platform standards
• Take action on content flagged for violations (e.g., inappropriate use, copyright infringement, etc.)
• Moderate video, image, and text content according to internal guidelines and processes
• Categorize and tag content for appropriate visibility and usage across the platform
• Policy & Process Iteration
• Proactively suggest improvements to moderation tools, workflows, and guidelines
• Evaluate content through a risk-based lens and flag gaps in current policy / processes
• Collaborate closely with fellow moderators to ensure consistency and maintain a strong internal feedback loop

Note: You will be regularly exposed to adult content in this role, including sexually explicit material.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

• Prior experience moderating content for an online platform
• Understanding of policy enforcement and compliance practices
• Ability to interpret and apply moderation guidelines with sound judgment
• Excellent command of English, including slang and nuanced communication

Soft Skills

• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people that can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategy
• Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
• Comfortable reviewing and discussing content that depicts sexual themes, roleplay, and other adult content.

Bonus Points

• Experience moderating adult content or working with DMCA / copyright issues
• Fluency in additional languages
• Familiarity with common moderation tools and automation platforms
