ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Studio team. This professional will lead and execute digital content operations, working cross-functionally with campaign managers, designers, developers, and performance analysts to enhance digital marketing campaigns. The role will blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution in content creation, optimization, and platform management—particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)—to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Operations
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of content across digital campaigns, including social media, landing pages, email marketing, and blog posts.
- Define content strategy aligned with campaign goals, personas, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with campaign stakeholders to develop personalized and segmented content experiences.
- Plan, produce, and review assets such as banners, guides, ebooks, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized, brand-compliant, and consistent in tone and messaging across channels.
Platform & Technical Management
- Support the strategic roadmap for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related marketing platforms with platform owners and provide requirements for change requests.
- Manage content architecture, templates, and workflows in AEM.
- Contribute to systems implementation, platform migrations, and integration with other tools (e.g., CRM, analytics).
- Serve as subject-matter expert for web publishing and content governance best practices.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics and recommend optimizations based on data.
- Identify and propose improvements to user experience (UX), CTAs, and funnel design.
- Support A/B testing and iterative content enhancements for campaign efficacy.
- Participate in and sometimes lead cross-functional retrospectives to identify learnings and process improvements.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage timelines, processes, and deliverables across multiple initiatives and campaigns.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, designers, content producers, and marketing leadership.
- Coach and support junior content team members and ensure knowledge sharing across levels.
- Maintain alignment with global and local stakeholders, ensuring regional relevancy and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital content creation and management, preferably within an enterprise or agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for sites and assets (or similar CMS platforms).
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social scheduling tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite).
- Strong grasp of SEO, UX principles, content performance metrics, and web publishing standards.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in platform migrations or CMS integration projects.
- Familiarity with agile/SCRUM methodologies and marketing automation tools (e.g., SAPm, HubSpot).
- Certification in Google Analytics, AEM, or Meta Ads is a plus.
- Experience mentoring junior team members or managing cross-functional initiatives.
