Formación

Latinia is a software company specialized in Real-Time Analytics for the financial sector, with 38 clients in 14 countries, including Spain, Latin America and the UK, among which are the leading financial institutions in the region. Latinia specializes in analyzing transactional events that generate real-time banking notification processes. Latinia provides the infrastructure and business layer specifically oriented towards managing critical banking notification services (alerts, OTPs, regulatory notifications, among others).

Role Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our marketing team. The Content Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to support the creation and implementation of content campaigns across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, as well as the development of actions towards brand awareness.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona with the flexibility for some remote work.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Help build our digital presence across markets.
  2. Coordinate the implementation of content campaigns across our social media, website, blog, CRM, webinar, etc.
  3. Utilize AI-powered content creation tools to assist in designing and producing high-quality written, visual, and video content for various channels.
  4. Assist with the ideation of content themes and storytelling, using AI to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and engagement data to inform content strategies.
  5. Design content automation pipelines across our channels for optimal editorial management.
  6. Manage the content calendar on a regular basis.
  7. Liaise with the agency on the production of creatives, content, among others.
  8. Monitor and improve SEO for better traffic and conversion.
  9. Owner of our client portal, which involves being the guarantor of the user experience, managing the creation of dashboards in BI, the inclusion of features, functionalities, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for client product adoption.
  10. Help with monitoring, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Experience Required:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and content marketing.
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Spanish. Catalan also ideal (although not mandatory).
  4. Experience in designing automations that help improve the productivity and efficiency of our editorial processes will be valued.
  5. Experience in AI-driven content creation or content optimization tools & pipeline creation such as Make, n8n, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Optimizely, etc.
  6. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and organize priorities.
  7. Proactive, creative, and hard-working.
  8. Ideal to have experience in BI, but not mandatory.
  9. Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.

Contract:

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Reports to the Content Marketing Manager.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8.5 hours. Start between 9:00 and 10:00, with departure depending on lunch break time, which should be between 13:30 and 15:00.

Friday: 6 hours. Start between 9:00 and 10:00, with departure between 15:00 and 16:00.

Telecommuting Policy:

On-site presence required at least from Tuesday to Thursday. Option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Vacation:

Depending on the work calendar, Latinia grants a few discretionary days off each year (for example, in 2024 there were 3 days).
