We are looking for a Content Manager DRI who will spearhead our content initiatives with precision and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with shaping and executing a robust content strategy based on comprehensive analysis of data, market trends, and competitor landscapes.

Challenges you’ll meet

Formulate content strategy based on analysis of data, market, and competitors.
Perform user profile and content metrics analysis (using Amplitude).
Conduct content performance analytics, hypothesis formation, and A/B content testing.
Create and curate diverse content for the mobile app and web platform, including articles, videos, infographics, recipes, workouts, etc.
Collaborate with experts in fitness, dietetics, medicine, and related fields.
Work with other departments such as design, marketing, and monetization.
Ensure content quality control (final review) and participate in creation when needed.

Your key goals will be

Improve feature metrics: retention, conversion, content ratings, focusing on content-related impacts.
Maintain high-quality, up-to-date, scientifically-proven content aligned with user needs and trends.
Gain experience with content management in the app (e.g., FLO).
Work with various content formats effectively.
Have a basic understanding of Amplitude for user analytics.
Analyze market, user behavior, and content results using relevant tools.
Develop and implement content strategies and plans.
Conduct A/B tests from hypothesis to results analysis.
Create aesthetically appealing and trendy content.

Will be a plus

Experience with health, fitness, or healthcare apps (e.g., Noom, Peloton).
Experience launching content from scratch.
Personal interest in yoga, weight loss, nutrition, sports, or psychology.
Data-driven and business-oriented mindset.
High autonomy and initiative.
Team player with friendly and sincere communication skills.
Open to feedback and adaptable to change.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate tasks effectively.
Proactive and eager to learn.
