Content & Digital Trends Manager
to lead our social and content area, and take an active role in strategic consulting for our clients. This is a key position within our Madrid team.
Responsibilities – Lead the agency’s social media and content department, aligning creative output with client strategy. – Oversee the development and execution of content strategies for our fashion, lifestyle and beauty clients. – Collaborate with creative, design and media teams to ensure consistency across brand platforms. – Provide strategic input in consulting projects, trend research, digital positioning and creative workshops. – Supervise junior team members and external collaborators. – Identify and integrate emerging digital and social trends into client strategies. – Report on performance and contribute to innovation planning.
Required Experience – 3-5 years of experience in social media, content or digital strategy roles, preferably in fashion / lifestyle. – Demonstrated experience leading content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. – Deep cultural awareness and passion for fashion, beauty and digital trends. – Strong copywriting, storytelling and editorial direction skills. – Strategic mindset and ability to engage directly with clients. – C1 English and native-level Spanish. – Experience managing people or external collaborators is a plus.
