Position overview

We’re seeking a Part-Time Content Developer to establish and scale our internal and external content capabilities in a fast‑paced startup environment. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Business Development, while working closely with the CEO and Co-CEO on high-priority initiatives.

You will be primarily responsible for maintaining and improving our website (axiomatic-ai.com) on a weekly basis, identifying gaps, suggesting edits, and ensuring that content is updated, technically sound, and aligned with our evolving strategy. Your mission is to help craft compelling, high-quality content to support our growth, clarify our product positioning, and drive engagement across stakeholders. This includes reviewing content hierarchy, optimizing messaging clarity, and identifying opportunities for new sections or formats that communicate our work more effectively. We are looking for an individual with a strong editorial sense and the ability to translate technical material into audience-appropriate narratives.

Main responsibilities :

• Review and improve website content on a weekly basis, proposing structural and editorial changes as needed.
• Audit and refine the site’s content architecture to ensure clarity, cohesion, and usability.
• Propose and develop new content formats (e.g., case studies, product descriptions, research snapshots, team profiles).
• Develop written and visual content for business development, investor relations, marketing, internal documentation, and social media.
• Translate complex ideas into accessible, well-structured materials.
• Create presentation decks, executive summaries, blog posts, and explanatory content.
• Collaborate with leadership to align on messaging and strategic narratives.
• Take initiative in sourcing missing content.
• Collaborate with the technical team to source content.
• Establish basic content systems and templates as we scale.
• Iterate content based on feedback and performance.

Key requirements :

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Ability to distill and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership or in high-autonomy roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience auditing and improving website content structure, flow, and clarity for deep tech companies.

Technical skills :

• Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Slides) and collaborative writing tools.
• Experience with website CMS platforms (especially Webflow) and basic HTML editing.
• Familiarity with content organization systems (e.g., Notion, Confluence).
• Understanding of basic web structure, hierarchy, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to analyze and act on web performance metrics (e.g., page views, bounce rates).
• Exposure to B2B or technical product content.
• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, or UX writing principles.
• Experience creating diagrams, content visuals, or illustrative assets is a plus.

Nice to have :

• Experience building websites using the Astro framework.
• Experience with GitHub for branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience working with companies in AI or other high-tech industries.
