The Content Creation Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering visually compelling and engaging written content that educates potential customers, supports product initiatives, and enhances brand awareness. This role combines expertise in graphic design, copywriting, and content strategy to develop high-quality materials that resonate with diverse audiences and drive lead generation and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Success) and collaborate with the Lead Strategy Specialist to align content efforts with the overall lead generation and communication strategy to ensure that all creative outputs align with business objectives and maintain brand consistency.
What you need to achieve :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for educational and product content to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality content—including blog posts, videos, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations—that translates complex scientific and educational material into engaging formats.
- Translate and adapt marketing content for different markets and languages.
- Create product tutorials, case studies, and documentation pages in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
- Review scientific content to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Manage timelines and budgets when collaborating with external partners.
- Design and produce visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and digital graphics.
- Ensure all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across various channels.
- Organize and maintain up-to-date libraries of design assets and brand style documentation.
- Develop and edit short videos or simple animations for social media, presentations, and landing pages.
Digital optimization & web presence :
- Optimize website content and improve search engine rankings to drive organic traffic and increase online visibility.
- Create and schedule consistent, impactful visual content across digital platforms, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and print materials while aligning with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
Media, public relations & community engagement :
- Collaborate in managing press releases and media appearances, ensuring that all visual and content elements align with brand messaging.
- Keep documentation of media appearances, trajectories, and events up-to-date.
- Manage and grow online communities by fostering discussions and interactions.
- Respond to comments and engage with followers, customers, and stakeholders in a timely, professional manner to build brand loyalty.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners.
- Apply to programs and contests, and manage content related to participation in fairs and events.
Performance analysis & optimization :
- Analyze key marketing metrics such as lead conversion rates and social media engagement.
- Establish specific metrics (e.g., conversion rate, engagement, reach) to evaluate the performance of each tactic, and schedule periodic reviews to adjust the strategy.
- Implement A / B testing on key elements (headlines, content formats, calls-to-action) to improve campaign performance.
- Collect interaction data and performance metrics to optimize designs and messaging.
Cross-functional collaboration & strategic alignment :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success) to align design concepts with overall marketing and product strategies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for internal teams (e.g., Sales, Support) on effective use of brand guidelines and available content resources.
- Ensure all teams understand the importance of visual and message consistency.
Trend monitoring & competitive research :
- Research competitors’ content and marketing strategies to identify opportunities, differentiate the brand, and develop messaging and visuals that highlight unique product value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital strategies, recommending new techniques and channels to maintain an innovative approach.
Must have :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in content creation and design, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Proven track record in graphic design and content creation, preferably in the MedTech, SaaS, or technology industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, digital channels, and social media management.
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and experience managing customer relationships through these channels.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to align creative assets with brand guidelines and overall brand identity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced studies in strategy or technology fields are a plus.
- Able to work autonomously, with discipline and with high motivation and energy.
- Proactive, willing to learn, have an impact and grow in the company.

- Flexible vacation policy : 23 working days per year + 2 additional days granted by the company (your birthday and December 7th) + 2 days for company closure per labor agreement (December 24th and 31st).
- Full-time contract.
