If you're passionate about visual language and social media is your second home, we need to meet you. We are looking for a Content Creator, specialized in video and social media, to join our Marketing team for an exciting new project at Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona.

We want to find someone with a creative vision and strategic approach, able to capture concepts and transform them into digital content that connects, inspires, and makes an impact.

What will you do?

• Conceptualize and produce visual content for various communication channels
• Develop and implement social media strategies that support the hotel’s brand identity and visual storytelling
• Plan and create innovative video content aligned with current trends
• Write creative copies for different formats and communication channels
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results
• Stay updated with industry trends to ensure impactful content and achieve objectives

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• A creative portfolio that showcases your work
• Strong skills in video editing and production tools
• Passion for communication, digital-native mindset, and love for content
• Ability to set goals, analyze metrics, and optimize results
• Creativity and innovative thinking
• Passion for hospitality and familiarity with the Hilton brand
