About the role

As a Content Creator , you will craft engaging content, manage social media, and connect with the community to amplify seQura's brand and voice.

Challenges you'll be solving

• Plan and create content to post on Instagram and TikTok, embracing the tone and personality of seQura.
• Manage our social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok) and interact with the community by replying to all posts.
• Target influential people with thought-leading content to build positive sentiment ready for sales activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and adapt social media campaigns for B2C.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and memes, adapting them to the context of our business and targeting the audience with our tone of voice.
• Stay on top of the latest digital media trends and have a keen sense of what makes content go viral online.
• Capture successes and metrics from across the organization and translate them into compelling stories and case studies.
• Ensure brand compliance in all marketing materials and communications for the Company.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, PR, or similar fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Spanish are required).
• Experience managing and growing a social media account.
• Demonstrable experience as a Journalist, Copywriter, or Content Creator, creating engaging and viral content tailored to different audiences. At least 3 years of comparable professional experience.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
• An independent working style and initiative.
• Creative background.
• Ability to multitask and organize multiple projects simultaneously.
