The Role Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Develop and execute content that is optimised for social channels first, but can be utilised across other marketing channels (email and web, potentially paid campaigns)
  • Have a keen eye for luxury lifestyle settings and develop the styling with the Marketing Manager and Founders
  • Be skilled in storytelling for both educational and brand heritage content
  • Agile and adaptable depending on product launches and product sell-through
  • Monitor content performance to identify best performing content and adapt calendar
  • Rework UGC for boosted posts
  • Working knowledge of video editing software
  • Create and assist with the production of brand aligned content, including : high-end visuals, customer testimonials, brand storytelling, behind-the-scenes
Social Media Growth & Engagement
  • Manage and grow Scriveiner’s social media presence (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
  • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with product launches, storytelling, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant luxury / lifestyle communities.
  • Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand Scriveiner’s reach.
Data-Driven Optimization
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize engagement and ROI.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in social to refine content and campaign strategies.
  • Continuously test and experiment with formats, messaging, and timing to improve effectiveness.

  • Social Media Growth Specialist – You know how to build, engage, and monetize a social audience using strategic content, influencer partnerships, and community management.
  • Content Creator – Skilled at shooting and creating luxury social content.
  • Creative Storyteller – You excel at crafting engaging, elegant, and conversion-driven content for both email and social media.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented – You analyze key metrics and refine strategies to improve performance across both email and social channels.
  • Self-Starter with Strategic Thinking – You thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment and can work independently while collaborating with the team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation & social media management, preferably in luxury, premium, or high-end e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience growing and managing Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest for an e-commerce brand.
  • Proven track record of increasing engagement, growth, and conversions from social channels.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding, storytelling, and exclusivity marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting & design sense – experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics to drive strategy improvements.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in Shopify e-commerce marketing.
  • Background in influencer partnerships & community engagement.
  • Understanding of SEO for content marketing (blog, video descriptions, etc.).
