Rauda AI is an innovative AI company revolutionizing customer service automation. As we scale, we are looking for a Founding Account Executive to take ownership of our sales efforts, drive revenue, and establish Rauda AI as a leader in the space.

The Role

As Rauda AI’s first Content & Community Builder , you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate, educate, and connect with our audience. You’ll lead content creation across platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram —producing high-quality videos, writing compelling copy, and designing content that resonates with our community. You’ll also help grow and engage our user and partner community, contributing to our brand voice and product storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Channel Ownership : Oversee and grow the Rauda AI YouTube channel; keep it organized, on-brand, and optimized for discovery (titles, tags, playlists, end screens, analytics).
• Video Editing : Edit 2–4 videos per month (product demos, interviews, event recaps). Add graphics, lower thirds, captions, and light motion graphics to create a polished, engaging final cut.
• Thumbnail Design : Concept, design, and iterate custom thumbnails that drive clicks and clearly communicate each video’s value proposition.
• Publishing & Distribution : Upload, schedule, and publish all videos and related snippets to YouTube and LinkedIn, writing compelling titles, descriptions, and post copy tailored to each platform.
• Content Calendar : Build and maintain a simple editorial calendar so the team knows what’s coming, when assets are due, and how each release ties into larger campaigns or product launches.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor analytics (views, CTR, watch-time, engagement) and present quick insights to help us improve content and cadence.

Qualifications

• Content Creator at Heart : 1–2+ years of experience creating and managing content for B2B audiences—especially video, social, and educational content in tech or SaaS.
• Self-Starter Mentality : You’re proactive, resourceful, and able to independently own the end-to-end process—from idea to final edit and distribution—without constant oversight.
• Creative + Technical : You’re comfortable filming and editing content, using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut, and you understand how to make content both visually engaging and strategically aligned.
• Performance-Oriented : You track what works. You're familiar with metrics like CTR, watch-time, and engagement rate, and know how to draw insights from YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar tools.
• Strong Visual Instincts : You know what makes a thumbnail clickable, a caption scroll-stopping, and a short clip go viral.
• Organized & Reliable : You can manage a simple content calendar, meet deadlines, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align content with broader campaigns.
