Descripción del empleo

KNEIA is seeking a Content Analyst with excellent writing skills and a deep intellectual curiosity for science, technology, and innovation. We are looking for a committed professional who can translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content, adapted to different audiences and communication channels.

At KNEIA, we contribute to international research and innovation projects addressing critical environmental and societal challenges. Our work spans the full research value chain — from data analysis and communication to dissemination, exploitation, and impact generation. As part of our team, you will support the transformation of research results into knowledge and action.

Main responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data and information related to the uptake, dissemination, and exploitation of research and innovation results within international projects.
  • Produce high-quality, tailored content (articles, reports, audiovisual scripts, infographics, etc.) in English, aligned with project objectives, audiences, and phases.
  • Contribute to the implementation of open science practices across the entire research lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the FAIR principles for scientific data management.
  • Support the planning and adaptation of communication and dissemination strategies throughout project development.
  • Contribute to the identification of key exploitable results (KERs), support intellectual property (IP) strategy, and assist in exploitation planning.
  • Manage and expand social media presence across relevant platforms (e.G., LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, BlueSky), in alignment with communication objectives.
  • Facilitate the use of data-driven insights within the team and support colleagues in leveraging evidence to guide project decisions and improve performance.
  • Travel to various locations across Europe (typically 2 to 4 days per trip) to attend project coordination meetings, engage with research teams, and / or support audiovisual productions related to project activities.
