A leading consulting firm is looking for a content coordinator to manage posts, create visuals, and draft LinkedIn content targeted at CEOs and fractional CFOs. This role offers the chance to work remotely and flexibly while connecting with top-tier finance leaders and gaining exposure to consulting operations. Candidates should be well-organized, communicative, and familiar with content creation tools, with a passion for finance being a plus.

At Peak Consulting , we’re building a content engine to match the shift in how finance leadership works today. Our approach is built on a triple-track content strategy :

• A Circle. so platform for top-tier fractional CFOs to learn, connect, and grow
• A Beehiiv newsletter for startup CEOs seeking smart financial leadership
• A LinkedIn ecosystem across the founder (Leigh), the Peak brand, and our CFO network

To keep these channels in sync, sharp, and engaging, we’re looking for someone who can coordinate, create, and schedule content — and help us run a smooth machine behind the scenes.

Tasks

• Prepare and manage posts for our Beehiv newsletter and Circle. so community
• Design visuals using Canva (based on templates and brand identity)
• Draft or adapt LinkedIn content for : The Peak Consulting page, Our founder’s account, and Profiles of CFOs in our network
• Coordinate reviews with stakeholders before scheduling
• Use tools like Buffer or LinkedIn to plan and publish content
• Tailor tone and content across two core audiences : CEOs and fractional CFOs

Requirements

A strong communicator with a sense of clarity and tone

Organized and reliable with deadlines

Familiar with tools like Canva, Buffer, Beehiv, Circle. so , or quick to learn

Confident in leveraging AI tools

Confident managing feedback and coordinating publishing logistics

A passion for finance is a +)

You could work as either :

• A freelancer who already works with clients on content coordination and brand presence
• or a working student in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or similar (eligible for ERASMUS+)
• Be part of a new wave in finance leadership : We’re transforming how finance experts work with startups and scaleups
• Network with C-level leaders : You’ll help create content seen and shared by CEOs, CFOs, and industry decision-makers
• Build a network : Connect with leadership professionals and C-Suite around the globe

• Work flexibly and remotely , with a fast-moving team and a modern toolset
