Job Description:

We are looking for Italian Client Operations Executives to join our Customer Relationship Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our clients to achieve our main objective: “Delivering unique holidays to our customers”.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Attend to clients' queries via phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
3. Ensure all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, following defined policies, guidelines, and terms.
4. Promote goodwill with clients and internal sales teams to maintain good relationships, achieve high client satisfaction, and retain loyalty.
5. Identify and suggest improvements during daily work.
6. Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or solutions.

Position Requirements:

1. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
2. Additional languages are a plus.
3. Flexibility to support the Global Support team as needed.
4. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as the role involves listening and finding optimal solutions for all parties.
