In this role, you'll oversee accounting activities, prepare financial reports, and support compliance while working with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience, strong knowledge of Xero, and an interest in crypto transactions is a plus.

We’re hiring : Junior / Mid Accountant & Financial Controller (Remote | CET)

EverAI is growing fast – from 0 to 22M users since our launch in September 2023 – and we’re now hiring a Junior or Mid-Level Accountant & Financial Controller to support our CFO and help scale our financial operations.

What you'll do

Reporting to our CFO, you’ll :

• Oversee daily accounting activities from our external providers
• Take ownership of complex bookkeeping topics
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure VAT and tax compliance with partners across countries
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle audit prep and coordinate with external auditors
• Manage financial controls and recommend process improvements
• Use Xero to its full potential
• Work with crypto transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments

About you

• Experience in accounting / financial control (1–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of Xero
• Familiar with VAT / tax across Europe
• Interest or experience in crypto transactions a big plus
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented
• Must be available to work in CET timezone

Salary : €27,000–€55,000 (depending on experience)
