This remote role offers the opportunity to manage daily accounting operations, prepare various financial reports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations across Europe. Candidates with experience in accounting, a strong command of Xero, and an interest in crypto are highly encouraged to apply.

We’re hiring : Junior / Mid Accountant & Financial Controller (Remote | CET)

EverAI is growing fast – from 0 to 22M users since our launch in September 2023 – and we’re now hiring a Junior or Mid-Level Accountant & Financial Controller to support our CFO and help scale our financial operations.

What you'll do

Reporting to our CFO, you’ll :

Oversee daily accounting activities from our external providers

Take ownership of complex bookkeeping topics

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure VAT and tax compliance with partners across countries

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Handle audit prep and coordinate with external auditors

Manage financial controls and recommend process improvements

Use Xero to its full potential

Work with crypto transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments

About you

Experience in accounting / financial control (1–5 years)

Strong knowledge of Xero

Familiar with VAT / tax across Europe

Interest or experience in crypto transactions a big plus

Comfortable in fast-moving environments

Strong communicator, detail-oriented

Must be available to work in CET timezone
