Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Consumer Product Design Lead. The role involves leading the design of consumer products with a strong focus on visual design, user research, and product design. The Consumer Product Design Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design strategies, conduct UX research, and implement design thinking to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Design Thinking and UX Research
• Experience in User Research
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience leading design projects from concept to completion
• Experience leading product teams and managing trade-offs with engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Ideal Profile :

5+ years in consumer products (bonus : health / wellness / subscription)

Exceptional UI / UX skills; fluent in funnels, A / B testing, and retention strategies

Cross-functional leader bridging Design, Engineering, and Operations

Requirements :

Minimum C1 level of at least 2+ languages. We are a diverse and multicountry company.

5+ years of experience.

Willingness to work odd hours due to time-zone differences.

Willingness to travel and relocate for on-site work if needed in the near future.
