Responsibilities

• Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience and qualifications for short term/project based and long term job assignments.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development.
• Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
• Analyzes KPIs related to operational talent engagement, productivity and cost savings to support workforce planning.
• Supports redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate opportunities.
• Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking.
• Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and experience in own discipline.
• Grows knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
• Explains factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations.
