Placements24 seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant specializing in technology startups to join a fully remote team. You will build agile recruitment strategies and attract top engineering, product, and design talent, focusing on startups scaling quickly.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in tech recruiting, strong sourcing, and deep knowledge of tech stacks. Spanish fluency and remote collaboration across time zones are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for technology startups or within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in challenging technical roles.
• Deep understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
• Experience with agile recruitment methodologies and rapid scaling environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical talent.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Define talent needs with startup founders and build hiring plans.
• Develop agile sourcing to attract niche tech talent.
• Assess technical and cultural fit of candidates.
• Maintain relationships with candidates within the technology ecosystem.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a swift candidate experience.
• Advise clients on compensation, market trends, and employer branding for tech startups.
• Leverage data to optimize recruitment processes and track metrics.
• Collaborate with remote teams and clients across time zones.
• Contribute to building and growing the startup advisory practice.
