Placements24 is seeking a flexible Personnel Selection Consultant to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will own the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and presenting qualified options to clients.

You will coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding while maintaining accurate ATS records. This role offers remote work with project-based compensation and the opportunity to work with diverse

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
Ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned job openings.
Source candidates using various online platforms, databases, and networking strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed feedback and insights.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding process as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
