Placements24 in Mérida, MX is seeking a motivated Bilingual Retail and Consumer Goods Selection Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across sales, marketing, operations, and management. You will source and screen candidates, interview them, and build strong client relationships.

You will negotiate offers, support onboarding, and stay current on industry trends and compensation practices to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in retail or consumer goods industries.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English mandatory.
