Current Opening: SAP Business Consultant

We are looking for a SAP Business Consultant with experience in SAP MM, FI, and Fiori to lead and empower a multicultural team within the Business Solutions North America Team.

Role Responsibilities

• Optimize and support cbFC processes across North America
• Bridge between business users and support teams in Germany
• Implement new functionalities and enhance existing processes
• Manage interfaces like EDI820 and processes such as goods movements
• Manage SAP Fiori workflows and improve user experience
• Document business requirements, define interfaces, and test
• Manage stakeholder relationships

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/MM
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Experience in international finance and accounting environments
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Focus on continuous improvement and customer orientation
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Work Schedule & Location

Full remote with occasional travel to Madrid. Schedule aligned with North American time zones: Monday and Thursday 9:30-18:30, Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00-21:00, Friday 8:00-14:00 or 9:30-15:30.
