Responsibilities

• Develop compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve attraction and matching of qualified candidates
• Organize job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against job requirements
• Source active and passive candidates via recruitment software, databases, social media or referrals
• Initiate regular market analysis to stay up-to-date with labour market trends and hiring practices
• Collaborate with clients to shortlist successful candidates, manage offers and feedback
• Provide updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analyses to clients and internal management
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, update on application status and future development goals
