Responsibilities

• Assesses operational talent profiles based on required skills, experience, and qualifications for specific short term/project based and long term job assignments
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to operational talent to support their development
• Determines training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps
• Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational talent engagement, productivity, and cost savings to support workforce planning optimization
• Supports the redeployment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with appropriate short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments
• Supports operational talent with tools and guidance for career mobility, based on skills and experience
• Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking
