As our Head of Brand Training you will be responsible for developing and supporting the Global Learning & Development Director. The Head of Brand Training will take robust, positive steps to drive training strategy that focuses on developing and driving processes and standards with our brands, with the purpose of driving the business performance through exceptional management and service levels.

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at La Rozas Village.

What you will be doing

  1. Demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships with others and leverage those relationships across the business by influencing leaders and managers to implement training programs that ultimately influence the overall performance of the business.
  2. Support the training and development department and provide direction to junior and new team members, enabling them to better execute their duties by sharpening their skills.
  3. Oversee the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials that will impact behaviour-changing training using various training theories inclusive of job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and demonstration models.
  4. Drive the development of programs that incorporate overall business objectives and maintain interactive learning solutions that drive measurable results for the business.
  5. Build solid cross-functional relationships with departmental heads and management across the business, partnering with the Global Director of L&D to determine program priorities, roll-out plans, set program deadlines, and ROI analytics.

  1. 5+ years of hands-on delivery / design & development within a learning and development department.
  2. Proven track record in an established training department.
  3. Collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Language skills essential: English and Spanish.
