Senior Project Manager in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence - Barcelona

Are you passionate about data analytics and want to apply your experience to cybersecurity projects in the financial sector?

We are expanding our Data Analytics team and are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Consultant for Financial Data in the area of Cybersecurity at our offices in Barcelona, to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate on key projects that strengthen security, risk control, and information protection.

What challenges will you face?

• Analyzing and leveraging data to detect risks, patterns, and improvement opportunities in cybersecurity within the financial environment.
• Directly interacting with the client in the financial sector, understanding their needs, and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Preparing high-quality documentation and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating on digital transformation projects, bringing an analytical and security-focused perspective.
• Driving innovation in the use of data to enhance security and prevent financial risks.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth in data management and cybersecurity.

What do we need in our team?

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience leading technical projects and multidisciplinary teams. Additionally :

• High level of Catalan and fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and national / international partners.
• Proactivity, leadership, customer orientation, and negotiation skills.
• Technical knowledge in:
• • Data analytics and exploitation in financial and cybersecurity environments.
  • Information security and risk management in the financial sector.
  • Data tools and platforms (Google Data Cloud, IBM Watsonx, SQL, etc.).
  • Python programming (data processing and visualization).
  • Anomaly detection and analysis models.
  • Data governance and data quality.

We also value knowledge in :

• Project management experience (PMI) and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), with certifications such as PMP and Agile.
• Technical certifications in cloud computing (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, IBM).
• Data governance knowledge and certifications such as DAMA.
• Experience in cybersecurity and fraud prevention, with credentials such as CISSP and ACFE.
