Randstad Spain is seeking an engagement-focused recruitment professional to support clients and candidates across logistics, industrial, and skilled trades sectors. The role emphasizes regular communication, pipeline development, and market insights to drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades sectors.
• Researches industry trends and delivers insights around contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitiveness.
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership.

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge
• Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
• Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline
• Performs assignments using existing procedures
• Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline
• Contributions are usually limited to task‑related activities; works within standardised procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
