Job Title : Marketing Support Intern

Location : Madrid

Type : Remunerated Internship

Length : 6 months

Time : 35 hours / week

Expected Start Date : as soon as possible

Your role :

The selected person will be part of the Marketing team in Philips Personal Health Iberia (Male Grooming & Beauty, Oral Health Care and Mother & Childcare), reporting to the Iberia Consumer Marketing lead and having the opportunity to work together with the different managers of the following areas: Media, TSM and Category.

Support to the Consumer Marketing Manager in the tasks related to the update of Rates, Ratings & Reviews, and assets translation review.

Support to the Media Manager in all issues related to the creation of POs (Purchase Orders) and asset localization briefs for the Iberia Activation Campaigns.

Support to the TSM in customer disputes and promotional activations.

As a successful Marketing Intern, we’ll ask you to collaborate and get involved, gaining important ‘on the job’ experience as well as benefiting from mentoring from the professional team around you.

You will support the team in consumer and trade shopper marketing plans, adding value at the different steps of these processes, such as transcreation, assets development, promotion, or digital areas.

You're the right fit if :

1. Experience: No previous professional experience is needed.
2. Skills: You are a team player with an analytical mindset; you know how to use MS Office tools; you are fluent in English and Spanish; you are proactive, goal-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
3. Education: You are currently enrolled at university studying Marketing, ADE, Journalism, Economics, Management or a similar field. Mind that we will have to create a 'convenio de practicas' with your university. You should be able to dedicate 35 hours per week to this internship (horario de mañana).
4. You have knowledge about social media, trends, and influencers. You know how to edit short videos and you have creative ideas.

How we work together :

This is an office role. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
