We are seeking an experienced Consulting Integration Engineer to join our team. The Consulting Integration Engineer will be responsible for defining, documenting, and maintaining integrations within the ERP space. Candidates should have a proven track record of technical integration analysis and the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and documenting integrations between different applications on-premises and/or in the cloud.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (Required)
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Integration Analysis (Required)
  • Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills (Required)
    • Experience with Infor tools such as ION and IPA, or similar tools like MuleSoft, Oracle, etc. (Required)
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (Required)
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, R, and Perl for data manipulation and analysis (Preferred)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently (Required)
    • Effective communication and relationship-building skills across teams (Required)
Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with functional, technical, and project teams to deliver solutions timely and effectively, following processes and standards, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Understand business needs and lead the design and development of integrations (business processes, technology, data) to support business goals.
  3. Ensure integration outcomes meet organizational needs.
  4. Work with development teams during implementation to identify and resolve roadblocks, making necessary course corrections.
  5. Ensure all testing requirements are met and documented.
  6. Define integration strategies and plan their execution within established deadlines.
  7. Create technical documentation explaining integrations to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Facilitate the successful and timely completion of development and deployment tasks.
  9. Lead projects of various scales in defining, documenting, piloting, and deploying integration solutions.
  10. Act as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements.
  11. Lead impact analysis of requirement changes, negotiate trade-offs, and facilitate agreement.
  12. Coordinate with security, networking, and other departments to enable seamless integration support and implementation.
