As part of the GBT Consulting organization, the successful candidate will need a firm understanding of the travel industry and our customers' needs. We are looking for a candidate passionate about project management and data analysis. This person will deliver analytical and operational support to the team and clients during projects by visualizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to deliver creative business solutions and insights. Additionally, this role will ensure seamless interaction with Consultants, Data Engineers, and our Travel Suppliers.

What you'll be doing :

1. Drive projects proactively and execute project steps timely according to agreed timelines.
2. Identify opportunities to optimize existing tools and processes.
3. Act as a liaison between Consultants and Engineers to translate Client requirements into Technical specifications.
4. Develop dashboards for internal and external clients to facilitate data-driven decisions.
5. Champion communication between all partners, internal and external.
6. Collaborate with Consulting Analysts, Consultants, Managers, GBT colleagues, and clients as needed.

What we're looking for :

• Advanced analytical skills, with experience in collecting, normalizing, and consolidating diverse data sources accurately.
• Experience with Business Intelligence software (Power BI or Tableau) for visual communication.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as R or Python.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to adapt communication style and detail level to different audiences.
• Proven ability to work well independently and within a team.
• Critical thinking and proactive mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, with a drive to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for quality control.
• Flexibility to work with stakeholders from various regions worldwide.
• Ability to work remotely when necessary while maintaining team engagement.

Experience and Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics.
