Job Description

Are you an experienced environmental consultant with expertise in Contaminated Sites? Are you fluent in Spanish and comfortable discussing complex projects with clients? Your new role

As a Consultant, you will participate in various projects involving fieldwork at contaminated sites, remediation oversight, reporting, and subcontractor management. Ramboll has been active in Spain and Portugal since the 1990s, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid since 2006. Our team of nearly 90 professionals brings broad international experience to deliver innovative, resilient, and sustainable solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting fieldwork on complex contaminated site projects
• Performing subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, risk assessments, and remediation activities
• Overseeing subcontractors
• Preparing reports and managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining close contact with clients to understand their needs

About you

• Proven experience in Contaminated Sites
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering, geology, chemistry, biology, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Knowledge of applicable local and European legislation
• Strong health and safety awareness and behavior-based safety practices
• Familiarity with Power BI and standard software tools
• Excellent written and communication skills
