We provide services in the areas of production, logistics, data engineering (IT), engineering, consulting, quality, business services, human resources, communication, and administrative and financial services. We are focused on our clients’ activities and take responsibility for carrying them out on their behalf.

We are currently looking to grow our team with a Consultant Project Management for our new project in Valencia.

Requirements

1. University degree focused on management, economics, engineering, or other quantitative driven academic background (advanced education - Master level - in Business Management is a plus).
2. At least three years of professional experience in management consulting or similar area, with relevant digital transformation experience.
3. Some experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (in the automotive industry is a plus).
4. Mastering Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) and Teams (Power BI and Agile are a plus).
5. Structured, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
6. Good competences in moderation and facilitation of workshops.
7. Clear and structured communication style, with strong presentation skills, including with client senior management.
8. Excellent intercultural and teamwork competence.
9. Excellent written and verbal English skills (German is a plus).
10. Willingness to travel occasionally (Europe and North / South America), as well as enjoying the day-to-day consulting dynamics and new challenges.

Responsibilities

1. Project support: Supporting consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation projects.
2. Project management: Application of project management methods.
3. Problem solving: Structuring content and solving problems creatively and independently.
4. Presentation and moderation: Of meetings at different hierarchical levels as well as across different company cultures.
5. Active role in the company: Working on topics in parallel (this applies to customer projects, internal topics as well as support in business development).
