Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en un entorno de alta presión (consultoría de gestión, banca de inversión).
• Dominio del inglés y español; otros idiomas son ventajosos.

NTT DATA Business Consulting is a division that focuses on strategic and transformational projects such as innovation, performance improvement, customer experience, digitalization, business analytics, and talent management, within a wide range of sectors: industry, banking, public administration, utilities, insurance, telecommunications, etc.

We are currently looking for Consulting Managers to join our fast-growing team in the Industry vertical (including clients in FMCG, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, airlines, manufacturing, real estate, etc.) based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Your role:

• Lead project planning, defining timelines, resources, tasks, and action plans.
• Manage project diagnostics and analytics, overseeing global deliverables and ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle pressure and meet targets in a hyper-growth environment, whilst having a keen eye for detail.
• Gain deep understanding of the client's sector and business to deliver tailored solutions.
• Communicate project objectives, scope, roles, and deliverables to the team, ensuring clear coordination and oversight of junior members.
• Lead commercial proposals within your area of responsibility.

Specific requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political science, or similar.
• Master or equivalent educational background will be an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in a high pace environment is a must (management consulting, Investment Banking, or similar).
• Proficiency level in English and Spanish; other languages advantageous.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
