Formación

• Degree in life science, engineering, IT, or related fields.

Körber Pharma Software, an industry leading software firm within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and part of Körber Pharma, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a role as Consultant in our growing team based in Spain and France. The candidate will be supporting the delivery projects of Werum PAS-X MES solution and other software solutions to our local and international customers as well as the portfolio of complimentary products in the Körber Pharma business.

As the market leading MES platform within the Life Science sector, this role offers a significant opportunity to a motivated and enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career with significant development.

The position is remote based in Spain with trips to Spain and abroad.

Fluent Spanish mandatory.

Responsibilities

• You advise and train customers on our MES-software solution PAS-X.
• You guide the customer on the way to realizing their individual MES needs.
• Together with our pharmaceutical customers, you will implement their processes in our PAS-X software and take care of the associated design specifications.
• You resolve client issues and problems on-site and remotely, from replication to diagnosis to problem analysis.
• Within ongoing projects, you assist with validations for PAS-X MES software.
• You organize and hold PAS-X product trainings and support within national and international projects.
• You familiarize yourself with PAS-X through various trainings and projects, and become an expert for PAS-X implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• You have gained a degree (preferably a master’s degree) in life science, engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a consultant in the field of software support (ERP / MES / LIMS).
• You are interested in the pharmaceutical industry and in software solutions.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the processes within the pharmaceutical industry and with the FDA-regulated environment.
• You enjoy communicating with people and are confident in dealing with customers.
• You can see the big picture but also enjoy working on technical details.
• You can familiarize yourself with new topics independently.
• Our customers experience you as enthusiastic, competent, and with subtle powers of persuasion.
• You’re a real team player and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have strong analytical skills.
• You have a service-oriented mindset and autonomy and possess the ability for teamwork.
• Since we work closely with our customers, you are willing to travel frequently.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
