Join our team We are excited to announce a new job opportunity at Catalana de Perforacions, S.A. as a WORK SITE MANAGER to join our production department.

Catalana de Perforacions, S.A. is a well-established family business in the engineering and civil works sector, with a workforce of 180 employees, and we are currently experiencing significant growth. We are looking for professionals to join us and continue growing together.

What do we do? We are a leading, pioneering company in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Vertical Drilling (VD). The HDD technique replaces trenching, avoiding road closures and the lifting of sidewalks, allowing the installation of polyethylene pipes in both urban and interurban areas. It is ideal for crossing highways, roads, railways, rivers, buildings, and urban areas. HDD is a fast, clean, and environmentally friendly method with multiple applications, allowing the installation of services such as water, gas, electricity, communications, etc.

What is your role and responsabilities?

• Valid interlocutor with the client
• Responsible for : the work, Occupational Health and Safety, and the personnel of the assigned team
• Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment
• Reception and enforcement of documentation, record control tables
• Daily work reports (Daily log registration)
• Record of the work
• Quality and environmental control
• Control of : maintenance, breakdowns, and incidents
• Request for : Materials, spare parts, tools...
• Delivery of : Work reports, delivery notes, orders, tool and material stock, materials used.
• Knowledgeable of : Types of clients, whether we are contractors or subcontractors, work to be performed, procedures,...
• Contract review : notify changes, measurement of the work, customer service
• Budgetary control of the work
• Attendance at planning meetings

And what do we expect from you?

• Availability to travel all over Spain, France and Germany
• Qualification : Technical / Higher Engineering Studies or equivalent.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Languages :
• Must : Advanced C1 level of Catalan, Spanish and English written and spoken (meetings with the client and reports will be conducted in English).
• Highly valued : B2 in German and / or French.
