JOB DESCRIPTION

As Junior Construction Project Manager within AXPO Solar, you will lead the construction projects of photovoltaic plants (including the construction of lines and stations connecting to the grid) and be responsible for the fulfilment of the objectives on time, cost and quality. You will report to the Construction Team Leader. Your main missions will be:

1. Manage the internal and external project teams involved in the construction and grid connection phases: site supervisors, engineers and draftsmen from the design office, subcontractors, HSE officer, other contractors.
2. Define and control the detailed schedule of the works.
3. Ensure that all required authorizations are obtained before starting work according to its nature, as well as insurance and all necessary preliminary documents.
4. Control deliveries.
5. Check the necessary compliance of subcontractors and service providers: Skills, qualifications, authorizations, resources and technical capabilities.
6. Ensure detailed monitoring of the budget throughout the work.
7. Ensure compliance and execution of permanent controls of all services and work on site.
8. Control and validate invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
9. Organize and direct construction meetings.
10. Take all necessary measures and decisions to ensure absolute compliance with safety standards and quality commitments throughout the work.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Master’s degree or engineering degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering. 0-3 years of experience in Project Management. Excellent communication skills in Spanish, English fluent is mandatory and Italian or French desirable.
