Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy project construction.
• Solid construction management experience in renewable power plants.

Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in more 16 countries (Europe & North America).

Greenvolt is seeking a skilled Construction Manager who will be a direct contributor to the correct construction of Greenvolt Power projects footprint in Europe by actively participating in the design supervision and design of large-scale renewable energy projects (PV and Wind) with the electrical infrastructures.

Key accountabilities

1. Collaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ / RFP) in technical requirements, contract discussions.
2. Good understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with internal staff and BOP / BOS Contractors.
3. Supervises the quality of services and products provided by external suppliers.
4. Defines, prepares and controls the documentation to be able to start timely a construction of the renewable energy project.
5. Under coordination with procurement department, prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliers.
6. Schedules project steps and works to achieve the most efficient, timely and cost-effective construction of photovoltaic plant or wind farm.
7. Supervise and control that during the construction phase the Building Permit requirements are respected.
8. Reports project status, recommends solutions and informs about potential risks to the Board.
9. Manages and supervises payments approvals and proper documentation preparation to obtain use permit according to project plan.
10. Coordinates information flow between the Company and public institutions e.g.: Municipality, Commune and Public Institutions in project scope and on behalf of SPV.
11. Coordinates internal information flow within Development Team, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE & Quality.
12. Manage and control of technical / Time Schedule / H&S / Quality issues during construction process.
13. Negotiation skills and problem solving.

Qualifications

1. Engineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer).
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects mainly from PV and wind farm (Utility scale) construction.
3. All round experience in bringing RtB projects to C.O.D.
4. Tendering processes (RFQ / RFP), technical evaluation of BOP / BOS Contract.
5. Solid Construction Management experience in renewable power plant and high voltage infrastructures.
6. Good knowledge of engineering.
7. Good understanding on how to handle communication with the different stakeholders during the Construction process.
8. Keep costs aligned with construction budgets, and time schedule.
9. Experience in working with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office.
