Responsibilities :

• Attending to customers and advising them on the services they need
• Coordinating customer appointments
• Maintaining constant communication with the customer throughout the repair process
• Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by ensuring that all repairs have been completed correctly
• Making recommendations for preventive vehicle maintenance and suggesting additional services that could help extend the useful life of the vehicle

Requirements :

• Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles
• At least 2 years of experience in tasks similar to those described above
• Clear customer focus, person accustomed to working to meet set objectives
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of autonomy
• Dynamic and proactive personality and good communication skills
• Class B driver’s license
