Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in renewable energy project construction.
• Strong financial management skills for construction budgets.
• Knowledge of English (C1) and preferably Spanish or Portuguese.

Descripción del empleo

• Manage the end-to-end construction processes for multiple PV projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Define and update construction standards and project management requirements.
• Develop and control the construction budget, optimize expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Develop and implement staffing and staff development plans to meet the growing PV needs.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with project construction.
• Lead contract and commercial discussions with third parties for portfolio topics.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Foster and maintain supplier relationships crucial for project construction.
• Implement innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and direction of the construction division.

Our Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in renewable energy project construction across various countries and multinational environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial construction budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders and clients.
• Knowledge of English – C1.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese – welcome.
