ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage receiving of goods
Fulfil orders from all sales channels and track deliveries
Manage warehouse operations, incl. (re)packing of components
Solve escalations / issues with carriers
Analyze fulfilment of deliveries and costs, track and forecast stock levels
REQUIRED SKILLS
Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and Google Workplace.
Physical ability to handle heavy and bulky goods (solar panels, packages).
Capability to handle an electric forklift and manage a warehouse orderly
Cleanliness, fast execution of tasks, total customer orientation
Able to manage external vendors like transport and shipment companies and back offices
Structured and disciplined work habits, fast and analytical thinker, very attentive to detail
2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
Fluent in English, proficient in Spanish; Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is a big plus
All employees must be EU residents with a work permit for Spain. The job will be based 100% onsite in our HQ in Alcobendas, Madrid.
