Job Description: Legal Advisor / Lawyer

GS Inima Environment, part of the GS E&C Group, specializes in environmental activities and operates across all project phases: Design, Technology, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance. The company has a presence in Spain, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and the Middle East.

We are seeking a Legal Advisor / Lawyer to:

  • Prepare administrative documentation for national and international tenders.
  • Maintain information related to government bodies, proxies, and statutes of UTEs and companies at both national and international levels.
  • Prepare legal documentation for renewing the Contractor Classification in the administrative contracting advisory board.

Responsibilities include:

  • Draft and review all types of legal and contractual documentation for projects and other departmental needs (e.g., commercial, construction management, procurement, HR).
  • Identify risks within legal and contractual documents, whether inherent or regulatory, and propose mitigation measures.

Requirements:

  • Law degree.
  • Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
  • Previous experience in corporate legal advisory roles.
  • Advanced skills in Office suite (Word, Excel).
  • Legal knowledge in commercial and administrative law.
