Schneider Electric is seeking a senior leader to manage the Conformity Assessment (CA) activities within the home solutions Europe division. You will define and execute a certification strategy with internal and third-party validation, leveraging digitization to monitor compliance status and acting as the single point of contact for CA topics.

You will lead a team of CA engineers, coordinate governance, and ensure alignment with global CA strategy, standards, and regional market requirements

Formación

• Engineer (M.Sc.) in science, technology, engineering or alternate education.
• Strong leadership and autonomy required with strategic thinking.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and functionally manage the EU HUB CA Experts team with global connections.
• Oversee budget planning and HR aspects for the CA team.
• Advise Divisions on international or segment CA needs and support global CA strategy.
• Define and monitor CA governance and certification execution at division level.
• Coordinate with Certification Bodies and collaborate with the standardization team.
• Support Operations and GSC in compliance activities.
